Assigned to the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, Fort Campbell, Kentucky

Died February 22, 2002 when his MH-47 aircraft crashed at sea in the southern Phillipines. Also killed were MAJ Curtis Feistner, CPT Bartt Owens, MSG William McDaniel II, SSG James Dorrity, SSG Kerry Frith, SSG Juan Ridout, SSG Bruce Rushforth Jr., SGT Jeremy Foshee, and SPC Thomas Allison.
